European project "From Emotional Management to Emotional Resilience", approved and funded under the Erasmus Plus Program (Key Action 204: Strategic Partnerships for Innovation in the Adult Education sector.
Dissemination of a questionnaire to collect the needs of the target group, in order to define what leads to better emotional resilience. This is the basis of Intellectual Output 1.
The IOs of the project are two, which will create (1) training material for adult educators with techniques that use gamification and (2) an E-Platform for the management of emotions, up to emotional resilience.
